Somehow an email acct for my parents business got deleted and all of it was going to the catchall box, theres 20000 emails in there(250mb) 99.99% of which is spam, but she needs the otherones. Will this mess outlook up if I have it connect to it, Theres a good spam program(spambayes) integrated into outlook that I'd like to run it through(only feasable way). It freezes up squirrelmail when I try to look through webmail. Is there any easier way to have it parse through it on the server side? I also have access to the INBOX file that has all the emails(250mb😛)
 
If you have SSH you could try using PINE.

Just login with username, password and type PINE

Might take a while though manually wading through 20,000 emails.

😛 I'd rather throw them all away than sort through them. I just decided to have outlook connect and use spambayes to filter them as they come, at 2500 out of 20758😛 They're using addaction
