I have my WHS configured, but it will not allow PST files for outlook to be used on it. Is there an e-mail program that allows the data files to be stored in a central location so that multiple machines can access the same email account?

Sounds like you want either an Exchange or IMAP server. I'm curious how WHS won't let you share PST files though, I know they can only be opened by one copy of Outlook at once but WHS shouldn't care.

Hi, Fullmetal Chocobo a few years ago frustrated with similar issues, I ditched MS Outlook & transitioned all of my clients over to Chaos !ntellect.

I used the ?30 day fully functional free trail? to evaluate their software & have never looked back. It is now the only email/contacts/organiser software that I use or recommend & their volume licensing is very reasonable, good luck & I hope this helps.

Regards, Dizz

You could install thunderbird on the server and launch it from there. Use the version designed to be ran from a USB stick. That way it will keep all of its files on the server.
