Email Notification on Reboot?

Anyone know of an app that will send me an email when my PC has been rebooted? A Google search of "email notification on reboot" did not come up with anything I could use with Windows 2K and broadband.

I have a remote PC that runs 24/7 and it sometimes gets restarted due to power interruptions. This screws up whatever I have or had working in the background, and I don't catch it unless I manually check it. If I could at least know about the reboot I could log in and take a look.

I have a UPS but that really doesn't do what I want since it will only keep it running for about 30 minutes.

I think APC UPS has software that will email you if your computer reboots/shutsdown.

I could be wrong.

Thanks! I'll take a look. I have an old APC UPS but there may be some software updates that I can check out.
