Email help! Can't Receive Email! Error 553? HELP HELP HELP!!!

I have a crisis situation here, I can not receive Email form anyone. I use outlook express 6 and I purchased an email from yahoo for my business. yesterday it all of a sudden stopped working, after being ok for over 2 years. Whenever someone emails me, it immediately bounces back to the person that sent it. It says things like:

"in reply to RCPT TO command"
"not server for (my email)"
"error code 553"

I do not have a problem sending an email. I did try to set up my laptop with the same email configuration as my desktop this week. I have tried all the options on my account, including authentication, and saving on server, etc.

If no one can help me, does anyone know an 800 number for yahoo support?

You need to get in touch with Yahoo on this - if emails are bounching, the problem is on their end, not yours. Check under the help links on their email website for a phone # or email address.

How are you able to use Outlook with yahoo? are you using yahoopops? or did you get some kinda support for being a business customer

shelled out the $20 for yahoo pop, and got a custom email address. Does anyone know an 800 # for yahoo, I found a long distance one?
