I currently have a SBC as my isp but am switching to another company next week. I use the SBC address they provided for my account and I need to have access to it after my service is terminated. What can I do, they said I can have the address forwarded to another email address somehow, but doesn't that need to be configured on their system somehow? Thanks in advance if you can help.
 
They said I could pay to keep it open or there are free services out there that do this. I never heard of something like that, googled it and came up empty.
