I just got a forward from somebody and it said at the bottom that if you send to 9 people cracker barrel will send you a $50 gift certificate! Neato! So, like, Cracker barrel now totally owns the internet and can track all the emails in and out of my email account? WOW!

Yeah, some people really are ignorant or gullible. I remember the email of the girl with cancer, for every email you sent out, a nickle is donated to help cure her or something. What BS.

Has anybody ever gotten the one about the boy with the burlap sack for a body. It was heart wrenching. :(

I never get forwarded messages. Must be because they are automatically deleted.. Hmmm...

You ever wonder how much faster the Internet might be if it wasn't busy sending all those mass-forwards?

Let us not forget about Dick Johnson, who also deleted this email from his inbox without forwarding. 12 years after receiving this email, Dick lost his balance while carrying an open container of beer. Dick was unharmed, but sadly his beer had been spilled all over the floor

OMG!! The tragedy!! The poor Beer!!!

I just hate it when somebody sends me a forward mail, but never sends me an actual email. How much more energy does it take to write some sentences saying hi, how are you, compared to selecting all the people in your address book to send those craps?

a girl from highschool i was sorta friends with sent me like a zillion forwards so one day i wrote her a little email saying that i was having trouble sorting out the crap from my inbox and if she would stop with the forwards. i went on to say that she should feel free to add me to her icq list or to email me to see whats going on cuz i would really like to hear from her but to please stop with the forwards.

she took it as an insult.

people are wierd.

*kat. <--

I have a friend who kept sending me 500-1000k attachment emails in my hotmail. I finally had to ban them from sending me emails because I was going away for a while and didn't want to over my 2 meg and have hotmail indescriminantly deleting.

Yup. There's no convincing people that random companies can't track email as good as they hope. Most forwards are accompanied by the phrase "Hope this works!" or "Just in case this is true..."

I hate the 'christian, feel the love' variety more than the bubble-boy variety. I get that crap from my sister...just don't know how to tell her to quit sending me all that bs.
