Email etiquette

3 lines of 36 point red, all caps type, punctuated with like 10 exclamation marks, followed by like 4 paragraphs of 24 point black type.

This is a work email, from another office, sent to our entire North American, multi-divisional company.

I'm having a hard time not responding with something snippy.

Thoughts?

I work for an advertising agency; part of a conglomerate. It was an email asking for people with experience on specific account types... from one of our sister companies.

And yeah, there've already been a couple reply-alls...sigh.
