I've got a user who is trying to save a certificate, but is unable to due to a mismatch in the email addresses. The sender's email address is from xx.xxx.com but the the digital signature is an newer email address yyy.xxx.com. This issus is also stopping the user from encrypting and decrypting emails because of the digital signature not being saved.
Thoughts?
Oh this is on a windows 7 / office2013 platform, but I have seen this issue on outlook 2007 as well.
