Hi All,

We have need for email encryption. I've looked into hosted solutions such as hushmail and, while inexpensive, won't quite work for what we do. I've looked into software/hardware solutions like Tumbleweed but the higher-ups kind of choked on the price.
The biggest issue for us is whatever solution we use has to be easy, for both senders and recipients, to use.
I would imagine that if something like Tumbleweed is our only "easy" solution they may just have to cough up the funds but I thought I would throw this out to all of you to see what you may be using or what other alternatives you may be aware of that I could look into.

TIA,

~bill

Yea...it's been awhile since I looked at anything PGP. This was the first thing that popped into my mind when my bosses asked me to handle this project but I remember it being tricky to setup with all the key management stuff.

I will look into this...Thanks Fobot.

the Universal server handles all of the key management, you don't have to do it manually like the old days
support from PGP is quite good (including a forum that their engineers actually monitor and respond in) and I attended a training class at their Sandy UT facility that was excellent
