I have a crisis situation here, I can not receive Email form anyone. I use outlook express 6 and I purchased an email from yahoo for my business. yesterday it all of a sudden stopped working, after being ok for over 2 years. Whenever someone emails me, it immediately bounces back to the person that sent it. It says things like:
"in reply to RCPT TO command"
"not server for (my email)"
"error code 553"
I do not have a problem sending an email. I did try to set up my laptop with the same email configuration as my desktop this week. I have tried all the options on my account, including authentication, and saving on server, etc.
If no one can help me, does anyone know an 800 number for yahoo support?
