Email Backup: Recommendations?

I'm looking for a program to backup Windows Live Mail. That would include emails, folders, settings, and contacts. I have about seven email addresses being run through Live and it might get a bit cumbersome.
Easy to understand interface for a dummy would be nice, along with an easy to restore function.

I don't know a thing about Live Mail, but I'd look for the folders where they store that information, and back those folders up. They're probably in the hidden App Data directory under your user name.
