email addresses from AT account

my friend is trying to sign up for an AT account but cannot use his aol, hotmail, or yahoo email address and his comcast email address is all screwy, whats the best way for him sign up?

An account other than the ones you said. Bigfoot, AFAIK is also banned.

why is aol banned, its a service people pay for and it doesn't give out free email addresses as far as i know.

It's banned because it wont cooperate with AnandTech and it's volunteers when trying to issue with trouble makers and trolls...

That's also why the forums wont let you post if you have AOL...
