EMachines with uATX mobo

I have a EMachines unit that has a uATX form factor sized motherboard. If I replaced it with a mATX sized motherboard do you guys think the mounting holes would line up due to it being an 'ATX' style motherboard?
 
Should do. I've worked on a few eMachines myself, and they look like pretty standard mATX cases.

You might have to use some of those olden-days plastic spacers though; the ones that poke through the motherboard holes and push it away from the case.
