Only available on Thursday, June 16, 2005 from 6PM - 10PM at CompUSA

Got CompUSA/Good Guys flyer advertising this:

eMachines T3882 minitower for $419.99 - $50 Mft. MIR - $70 CUSA MIR = $299.99

Specs:

Intel Celeron D Processor 335, 2.8GHz, 256MB RAM, 80GB Hard Drive, 16X DVD / 48X32X48 CD-RW Combo Drive, Windows XP Home Edition

eView 17f3 17" CRT monitor and Canon Pixma iP1500 for $219.98 - $120 CUSA MIR - $50 printer bundle Mfr. MIR - $50 monitor Mfr. MIR = FREE

link to free $100 restaurant gift certificate, free router, and free VirusScan 2005

Offer might be limited to the CompUSA Megastore at

142 South Brand Ave
Glendale, CA 91204
(818) 409-1400

That's where the flyer is telling me to go since that's the closest Megastore to where I live. So, YMMV.

Yes, but then you can't get dad the 4 steak & lobster dinners with the four $25 CrapUSA dining coupon(s).

(This is not a thread crap, just a Homer J. Simpson moment.) :D:D:D

Yes, I know it's got better specs and whatnot, but there's no monitor, printer, wireless router, $100 restaurant gift certificate, or virus software included (even if these are after MIR).

Remember, this is a *complete* PC system. Perfect for those who just need something basic.
