eMachines M2350 or M6805? Which one?

I noticed this morning that BestBuy has $250 in rebates on both of these. I've heard tons of recommendations for the M6805 but nothing about the M2350. Since I don't need gaming capabilities I was thinking that the 2350 would be a better choice since its a little cheaper. I would just be using it to upload and resize digital photos from my camera as well as some basic VMWare stuff.

Does anyone know if the 2350 has any better battery life since its not the 64-bit processor?

Just because the Athlon64 is 64 bit doesn't mean that it sucks battery power. I get 2+ hours on mine. That said the M2350 doesn't look bad at all if you don't need the gaming capability of the M6805.

Looking at the Best Buy ad, both of these models have $300 in rebates. I personally would go for the m6805 if you have the extra money.
