I think the GPU is a typo. Didnt CC list the gpu as shared ram too, at one point? Also, I see that it has an 80gb drive...not bad.

Bigger hard drive and faster CPU is all I saw on top of the M6807's config.

Yeah, there was a typo when the 6805/7 first came out. They probably made the same cut-and-paste mistake again.

Because that means they'd have to use a different base model, and that's not going to happen right now. The way eMachines works is they buy a TON of a certain base model and make minor tweaks to it and sell those.

So MDE when do you foresee emachines working with a Radeon 9600 Pro Turbo 128 MB or better graphics card?

So far looks like its gonna be either Hypersonic (Wallet Killer), Voodoo (Wallet Killer Deluxe w/ everything on it, side of fries, and a shake) or Ibuypower...hrmm wait a sec ibuypower stinks and sold me a defunct PC a while back. Looks like its between wallet killer and wallet killer deluxe !

What is really funny is that even Emachine them selvs arnt' saying anything. I have been talking to them via email for the last few weeks and they are very tight liped. I just sent them off a mail saying that there is a company other than them on the net that is speaking about the specs of the new 09. I can't wait to see what they have to say about that.

I'm very dissapointed that the video card is the same. It's not even 128 mb. That's the only thing holding me back from buying this system.
