Im trying to hunt down drivers for this thermal printer that is listed in the topic. I've hunted everywhere and cannot find them anymore. Ive tried the eltron website but they have changed to Zebra now, there current Zebra Universal Drivers do not work, and i've tried the V2.5 for 9x, and V2.4 for NT/2k.

I used to have the drivers but stupid me I didnt keep them and if I remember right there was a Eltron Univers al windows driver as well before the current Zebra Universal Driver.

If anyone knows a location to find them or if you have them and are willing to email them to me you can at dahak777 **AT** gmail.com

You tried v2.5 ? If your printer is a TLP 2642, you should be trying to V5.3.12 driver listed here:
http://www.zebra.com/SD/barcode_driver.htm

The closest printer model to yours was a TLP 2443 (i figure it is better to step down in models instead of up.)

Anyway, let me know if it works.

I have an Eltron printer also- a LP 2385 and I can't find a driver for it anywhere.

 
Actually, scratch that- the Eltron 2443 is the Orion- which is a smaller version. I reccomend using the 2722 driver. BTW, what software are you using?
