There is quite a bit of eye strain involved, and if your monitor can't refresh at a minimum of 100Hz at the resolution you game at, it is going to be very flickery. 120Hz is better. Like I said, I'll use mine only for some games. It's also worth noting that Vsync will be enabled when using the stereo effect. A game I would like to try with them is Midtown Madness or other driving games, where there is no targeting to do.
