Elsa Gladiac on Win2k, how the hell do i overclock it now?

Ok i used to know how in win98, but now in win2k i dont have none of the programs i had in win98. i cant do anything basicly. i installed it, but it didnt do nuttin but put the drivers in and stuff. And im using the Drivers that came on the CD becuase i get faster framerates in Half Life( dont ask me why, but i get about and average of 35fps higher)
