Elsa Gladiac 32mg GeForce2 agp flickers!

I just upgraded my voodoo 3000 agp video card which never flickered to the Elsa Gladiac 32mg GeForce2 agp video card which flickers in all resolutions and mhz settings. The flickering is slight, but when reading a pdf file with white background, you can really see it and its annoying.

Any ideas on how to stop this? Please let me know or else its back to the voodoo3 3000 for me.

check to see what the refresh rate is set at. that is typically a symptom of a low refresh rate.

I tried all refresh rates, didnt do a thing. I'm using a Viewsonic PS790 19" Monitor with it if this helps.
