I got a few of these, different revisions one uses Samsung 6NS and the other uses Infineon 6ns also..

Infineon says SGRAM, I thought this card uses DDR ? Is there DDR SGRAM ?

Also which card do you think oc better ? Samsung or Infineon memory ?

Yes, though it's been used very infrequently after the GF1 era.

My experience has been reasonably positive overclocking Infineon RAM, whereas I've had limited success with Samsung RAM post V3/TNT2 era. Then again, SGRAM tends not to o/c as well as conventional SDRAM... still I'd place my bets on the card with Infineon RAM to o/c better.
