Elsa Erazor X2 Overclocking Utility.... Where is it?

I just installed the elsa erazor x2 (Windows 2000). I am now at a loss. There is nothing in the graphics utility to overclock. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to overclock this card. This could be the wrong forum, but any help would be great.
