Maybe this will boost the stock.

Mark Zuckerberg is ready to fight Elon Musk in a cage match

A tech billionaire brawl for the ages that needs to happen.

WTF.... People are seriously discussing a cage match between two of the richest men on the planet. The theory that we are living in a simulation is getting more reasonable every day. Batshit crazy behavior is being normalized. Look at Trump and his allies. No one even expects them to behave otherwise anymore. But I guess it’s a better dystopian future than having the poor fight for the entertainment of the rich. Can we get Greene and Boebert on the undercard? At $100 a pop they can afford enough jello to fill the arena…

would be best if it is a double KO. I don't see a down side.

A little off top for this thread, but I don't have a Twitter account (deleted once Musk took over). Still, friends would send me links to to tweets etc and I could view them
As of today, it seems if I click on any links to tweets, I am REQUIRED to create an account or log in to view the tweet.

I deleted my account as well . If that’s supposed to make me sign back up, it’s not happening. It may work for others, though. Like so many of Musks “agile” strategies, this may not last more than a day or two. Simple workaround: Don't use Twitter

Yea, its back on. GSP is gonna train Musk lol. And I used to think highly of GSP, one of us. Guess not. So many assholes.
Maybe one too many blows to the head, or he could just be an asshole the entire time.

Oh yeah - I'm not setting up a new account at all. I generally hated even clicking on the links when they did work. I do like the CONCEPT of twitter. It's great if you follow sports for stats and figures and video clips etc. But I will never recreate an account.

Musk has commented on the latest issue in this Tweet:

Here’s a screenshot of it

“Data pillaging” sounds suspiciously like people just downloading stuff as you’d expect from an online social media platform.

Reading between the lines, their servers are so crappy now since he fired most of his workers that they can’t handle their normal amount of traffic, and had to find a way to limit it. It sounds like Twitter will be a “walled garden”, a closed-off place only for Twitter members, until he figures out a way to monetize everyone’s past Tweets.

How is head count and server performance connected? Do people actually operate servers like a piece of heavy equipment? As load's change is there some action they take to adjust the equipment?

Stick to plumbing or whatever it was you did. Digging into IT Operations might be a bit too complicated for you.

Weird how firing everybody and gutting infrastructure spending has actually impacted site performance and reliability just like everybody with a clue said it would.
