I don’t know what they’ve done with the system now but I don’t see any blue check marks on anyone. I see people ridiculing others for paying but I am not seeing squat.

Did I win Twitter somehow?

Occasionally seeing an article of this massive failure to attempt to strongarm verified users to pay for a blue check mark that really doesn't mean anything anymore. They netted no more than 400 or so new blue accounts since the recent fiasco. Moron.

It's great watching that giant prick lose more and more money and his 'genius' status.

Also his choice to forgo a proper launch pad setup for the recent launch, by his insistence, which was a huge fuck up it turns out; another piece of the puzzle that a lot of his success is despite himself.

Serves that giant scumbag right

Its worse than that, he is handing out "twitter blues" at random to try and make it stick :

And its NOT gonna stick. He is looking at 100% utter humiliation and failure. The kicker is, had he not behaved like a fucking asshole throughout and a right wing troll, he could have probably made it work. But he injected himself into the culture wars and the simple math is clear: There are more of us than there is of {placeholder for gop bigot}, so he will fail.
Sorry bitch, the majority of the market is #woke. And fuck you too.

Its so simple math. And the dude dont get it.

Lol @ MIT. How screwed do you have to be to get a US top 5 engineering school to take a piss on you. I mean, Musk is supposed to be a hi-tech hero. Just wow!

I hope his handlers at Tesla let him do this stuff so that mirage can crumble too

I'm baffled that people keep paying $15000 for a self driving feature that doesn't work. Eventually Self Driving will be a reality from multiple companies. But that is likely a decade away, and I see the feature quickly dropping in price on competing vehicles, so why pay $15K today for a non working version.

Yes, I'm confident that one day we will work it out but development really seems to have hit a wall. Driverless cars looked to me to be close to ready 5+ years ago and since then things do not seem to have progressed that much. (although it's not like I have my finger on the pulse of that industry)

There might be a disruptive element to openai’s gpt and the rest of the ai field…. that is fucking hard to predict…
