Good bye Twitter Blue. We hardly know you…

The way Musk releases random features without testing or much thinking either, I'm surprised Tesla cars don't just routinely explode, or wake up and drive full speed through garage doors, as inadequately tested code runs rampant.

Its arrogance. "This isnt rocket science, how hard can it be".

From that NYT article ... 70-1 engineer to mgr ration ... lulz. Good luck with that.

Just a mess all over the fucking place. He deserves to have it go bankrupt and lose all his equity.

Musk is evidently trying to get people to bail without having to pay out severance packages.

My entire company has gone remote. We were initially in a pandemic "need to" basis, and after evaluation management noticed that we didn't skip a beat so we're not going back. However some people do like going to the office, so we have a hybrid model, which is fine since if you want to work remote you can.

I'm currently in CA and almost 3 thousand miles from my home office. Pretty slick, I can go anywhere in the USA.

I mean Elon "runs" 5 companies so in his mind I'm sure it's very doable

He's exactly the same way at SpaceX and Tesla. There are just more guardrails there and less of a spotlight when he was doing that the most.

Gotta say Elon is bigger and better at killing his own businesses than Trump is.

Only reason SpaceX won't crash is because it's got a national interest riding on it but eventually I expect Tesla to go the way of FIAT.

Musk claiming traffic at all time high, but report shows decline in users. I guess both could be true, some are abandoning the platform but people are still watching the train wreck.

It seems like being an endless train wreck as a driver of activity doesn't seem like a long term win...

I quit twitter the day that asshole brought a sink into the SF office. I haven't been back since. Seems all social media companies are STD's at this point.

There were also midterms, which have been very different than what people were expecting, and I'm sure that's helping as well.

Ermm, sure, but considering antisemitic and racist messages were at an all-time high plus you had all the people grabbing blue checks to spoof and cause chaos. I'm not sure that's something that screams "stable business model".
