I am not even sure what I am looking at in this picture. From what i see when the moose was hit, it impacted so hard that it turned into a fine mist that covered the entire rode...Confusing

No, thats called the ELK getting torn to pieces, and blood getting all over the ROAD. The body of the ELK is now laying beside the ROAD.
