Thought I'd start a new thread since my last thread got derailed and locked.
I purchased a set of the EK Gray/Firm Landing pads for cherry keyboards off of their site since I couldn't stand the sound of the keys bottoming out when I typed.
I'm happy to report that they definitely made my Corsair K70 Cherry Red keyboard much less annoying to type on with the exception of the red "gamer keys". Since these are a little different they still seem to bottom out with just one pad so I may have to double up in order to get the same effect.
All and all I'm content with my purchase and would recommend them or the orings to anyone that doesn't want a loud mechanical keyboard.
