Elgato HD60 lagging

Hi, I am using Elgato HD60 .I have dual monitor and when I am playing PS4 game on my monitor I see that the Elgato software is some seconds back capturing and displaying the action in its software. Is it okay ?
And if I select "Best Quality" , I am getting lag in the software video window.
Any solution ?
 
There will always be latency involved with video capture. Very expensive professional gear can reduce it, but it'll always be present. The Elgato software is meant for you to get a general idea of what is being recorded for QC purposes. It's not meant to be used as a primary way of viewing the game.
