Elementary School Food?

anyone remember this pizza that was in kinda like a pie dough... wraped in half and the cafeteria ladies would steam that thing cooked..? that pizza back then was the best school lunch ever (8-10 years ago) i loved that pizza i wonder where we can buy it..

what was ur favorite element. school lunch?

find someone with a kid in elementary school and go have lunch with them. they let adults eat lunch with the kids (but you should know them, if you show up to eat lunch with random kids, they'll think you are trying to pull a michael jackson)

at my elementary school everything was made fresh by a group of chubby older black ladies...and they loved to cook too

they made some awesome food...fresh hot apple and peach cobbler...fresh made pizza...gumbo...jumbalay (sp) fried chicken with fresh made gravy...of course we had regular stuff like hamburgers and tacos

stuff i didnt care for at the time though were greens, some carrot raison side dish in like milk and green beans with onions

this was way back about 25 yrs ago im sure thinks changed by now

OHhhhh ur right... it looks just like a pizza turnover that i found in google, but the dough was plain no herbs and just cheese n sauce Text i was looking for the specific brand, but thats probably impossible to find so let me hit up my local pizzeria tomorrow for a panzarotti and give it a shot thanks!
