Electronics self-build discussion forum?

Hi. Can anyone point me to a discussion forum where an electronics projects newb like me can ask for advice? I've asked this here before but I really need to build this battery pack. I've built the pack itself and it does supply the power I want, but I want a battery level meter and a way to charge all the cells simultaneously.
