Electronic Diary....

you get used to the writing style pretty quickly on a palm device. I can write almost as fast as i can with regular handwriting after having mine for only 2 weeks

yea, stay away from pda style writing. i cant stand how slow i write on paper, anyslower is unbearable for anything of length. as for surfing the net while writing on a pocket pc... not so well either on such a small screen. yu can always use the little snap on keyboards for pdas.

i guess u could scan your notebook, maybe ocr or.. just leave as an image hehe. then u can doodle and stuff too! ever see curt cobains journal? its interesting because its hand written, doodles and everything. the freedom you don't have on a pda.

It takes awhile for the device to register, a few seconds, in my experience. Will a lot of writing wear down the screen eventually? I also had a lot of trouble getting the device to recognize some of my characters....

get the damn key board. you can get ones that project a key board on the table

Get a Zaurus, they have little thumb keyboards, and they're little unix boxen on wheels 😉

My dad has had a Zaurus for seven or so years... it was the coolest thing when he first got it.
