Electromechanical Systems Degree

I created a thread a while back asking about an engineering degree.
It was Engineering technology, which I found out isnt what I want.

I am looking to earn a degree part time nights as I work during the day.

I found this: Electromechanical Systems associates

Then once I earn the associates I can take the: Design Engineering (mechanical concentration)

Do those look like good programs?

I believe its a decent school. I will be meeting with them soon.
