Electrokinetic cooling

This one's more practical. But I think this is the same company that announced they had designed synthetic flagella that, when put on some substrate, would undulate and cause microcurrents of air to flow away and remove heat. This thing was said to have enough effectiveness to passively cool a P3 at the time.

Where is that?
