Do these actually work? I'm too lazy right now to look it up but just wondering if

1) they work
2) if anyone here has used it or no of someone who does
3) which one is the better product
4) where to buy

TIA

BTW: watching football :D

Doesn't work at all. DOn't waste your time. Will only stim the outer sheets of muscle, and at a minimal contraction level.

Minimal effect. Big waste of money.

A better way would be to insert electrodes right into the muscles. That way (assuming you keep the voltage within acceptable parameters) it'll have indeed effect, even more than when doing exercises. It does pose a considerable danger to your health if you use it too long with one muscle-group when you're not in good condition or if you make any mistakes with the electrodes (you can even kill a person with a 9 volt battery), though.

All with all, normal exercises are either more effective or much safer.

Well if you're too lazy then you're the kind of consumer they're looking for! j/k...not really ;)
Seems every day there's a new one of those products on the market. The only people who might benefit from them are those who can't exercise for themselves (i.e. in a coma)

save your money, get a plain 'ol wheel ($10-15) and roll out in front of the TV. Works for me!
