Electricity traded as a commodity

Does anyone know where I can look to see how much it costs to buy x amount of KWh of electricity?

Or is the commodity actually capacity?
 
I think after the whole Enron thing, trading electricity is done privately (vs being traded publicly through futures) between power companies, huge users and their agents, and there is no public quotation system.
