Electricians - Installing Leviton Light Switch

Here's how everything is normally wired:

Triple pole switch, black wire in the "common" hole.
Red wire in the hole above the black wire.
White wire across from red wire near the ground terminal.

The leviton switch has green (gnd), black (line), white (neutral) and blue (load wire).

I hooked it up, Green to Green, Black to Black, Blue to Red and White to White.

Got no power on the new switch when I did this but power was passed to the next switch in the line.

Any thoughts?

Do you have a circuit tester or a multimeter?

I have one of those testers that you put between the gnd and the other wires to tell which is hot. Since the black is in the common hole, wouldn't that be the hot wire?
