Electrical noise when listening to headphones with phone charging.

I hear a lot of electrical noise through my headphones when I'm listening to my Samsung S5 and it's charging. The electrical noise disappears when I unplug the charging cable.

I've tried two different cables and they both do the same thing.

Anything I can do to eliminate this electrical interference? Maybe put something over the charging cable or the headphone cable?

Don't listen when it is charging.

you could try a shielded charging cable.

This usually only happens when charging from a car. As silly as it sounds, try plugging in to several different outlets around the house, you could have something with a bad ground on 1 phase. Also, maybe try a different charger.
