I need some lighting suggestions. Here's a ghetto diagram of my basement:

basement.jpg

The star at the bottom is a ceiling fan I've installed. The circle near the top and to the right are two light fixtures. All 3 devices are controlled by 2 3-way switches so they're either all on or all off. I'd like to fix it so I can turn off the lights while leaving the fan on for when we're watching a movie. If possible, I'd like to be able to do this without having to run any additional wiring. Like maybe a light fixture with a remote control? Ideally the two light fixtures could be controlled by the same remote control. Unfortunately, I can't install a fan on the top there because it'd probably block the projector.

TIA!

EDIT: Will this do the trick for me?

You are probably going to have to hook into the hot at one of the switches. You have to figure out which switch gets the feed from the panel.

They make all kinds of remote controls for light fixtures.
They are usually marketed for ceiling fans, but the same companies make them for light only control.

Those remotes look like they might work. What I'd like is two "receivers" and 1 remote so I can turn off both light fixtures with 1 remote (vs 2 remotes)

Maybe the Zwave stuff?

I like the insteon and castleOS setup but it's a bit pricy for my needs. One thing I thought of was using something like this:

I can remove the existing light fixtures, install an outlet in it's place, and remount the light fixture. The only thing is, can you wire a light fixture so that it uses a plug?

Sorry bumping this up but I'm about to place my order now that I got my replacement flush mount light fixtures in. Any ideas if I use those 2 control modules up top that I can get something that'll let me control the lights with my harmony remote? Or would that not be possible
