Electrical Engineer Refresher?

Basically around four years ago I graduated from UW with a BSEE worked for a while but got laid off. Haven't had an engineer job since and now is the time I can go back to school. I had the intention to do law school concurrently with working on a MSEE. I got waitlisted into the law school but into the engineering program. So I'm starting now reviewing and refreshing my math/engineering skills.

I found a decent site for reviewing and practicing math problems to get myself back up to speed at Paul's and a couple of others but haven't really seen any decent EE based ones.

Any ideas for decent refresher sites or books?

VlSI and digital systems is my planned specialization. I did embedded sytems in my undergrad and when I was actually working as an engineer.
