Electrical cord pass through for exterior wall?

I want to pass an electrical cord through an exterior wall. This would not be a permanent wire run but a removable cord for a portable solar panel. I've seen cord pass throughs on RVs that have little doors on them and rubber bushings to keep moisture out. Anyone know what these pass throughs are called or where to get one? The wall is in an unheated laundry-room separate from the main house that is constructed more like a shed than a house so the wall is exterior plywood sheathing => air space => interior sheathing, nothing fancy.

Not sure what you are tyring to do. But Bell makes a line of water proof junction boxes that you may want to look at...
