Opened the front panel to the fridge to repair the ice dispenser and one of the wires on the connector broke from the pin. Tried using a molex extractor to pop the pin out to replace, but it doesn't seem to be a molex type as it won't budge (nor will any of the undamaged ones).

What type of connector is this?

For a forum of nerds and geeks it amuses me that you all just call it a Molex. That's akin to stating a CPU is an Intel. Yes, it's an Intel CPU but which one?

From what I can tell there's two small tabs holding the pin in the housing. If you use a small screwdriver or other flat implement you should be able to release the tabs and pull the pin out.

Yeah, very unlikely. However, you may be able to get free samples direct from Molex.

a set of tiny needles and screwdrivers is all I've ever needed to pull a pin from near any connector I've come across.

You're doing it wrong :p
