Do you know of any company in canada, ontario that is hiring electrical apprentice ?

Find your nearest Electrical Workers Union local.
Unions are the only way to go in the trades, and they are nearly always accepting Apprentices.

QFT...it will depend on how much work is going on in your area, but definitely, UNION YES!
