Set aside 10 minutes and give this video a watch, it was fascinating to me:

Electric Zombie

It's mostly about a 1972 Datsun converted to electric that blows away all comers at the dragstrip, but most of the way through is a brief glimpse of an electric motorcycle that does 0-60 in two seconds. Must be tough to hang on a rocket like that.

He may be pompous but at least he isn't totally stupid. After all, he had someone else drive that '72 Datsun at 100+ MPH. I watched that video a couple times just to get a chuckle out of that little skinny econobox smoking its tires and taking off like a bat out of hell.

BTW, where in the world did he find a '72 Datsun that wasn't completely rusted through? Certainly not here in New England.
