Well, I'm going to need to read up on what the point of voting truly is for then because obviously I don't understand. In my head it's the basic, Jimmy got 10 votes and Susie got 9. Jimmy wins!

It ain't like that.

FIt of rage? lol. Like I said I don't give two shits.

Just find it strange that America wants to stick with something that hasn't worked for the last four years. Isn't that the definition of insanity?

Well, at least we won't need to worry about Republicans putting "Making sure Barrack Obama isn't a 3 term president" above "Welfare of the Country".

Gotta say this is unexpected. The Electoral College is a State's Rights issue - figured the conservatives wouldn't be willing to sell out their principles.

Insanity is believing you live in a different reality than everyone else. Almost every metric is trending positive. "Hasn't worked"? Only if you are an idiot.

What is typical popular vote margin in California.

CNN say about 49 million for Romney, 49 million for Obama, but only 73% of vote counted, and presumably Obama is going to get big boost from west coast.

Total guess, but does Obama 51%, Romney 47%, third party 2% sound about reasonable for final tally of popular vote (?)

Hey OP...

Obama just passed Romney and it's still going (California only in at 28%).

Romney

49%

I would rather have whoever the people vote for be president.

You said Romney already won the popular vote. I'm betting you that when all the votes are counted, he won't have. Since you already believe he has, why wouldn't you accept my challenge and make yourself a quick, cool $500?

Well?

Please answer me directly and honestly.

I hope things go hugely positive, but please define "trend"

I would love to say in 4 yrs obama was the best thing for the country... sadly right now, I don't think that is very likely

edit...
I think an obama win says more about who he ran against than anything else. Kind of like the reason bush was reelected.
