El Cheapo upgrade: Socket T 775 Celeron

I have a client that is upgrading a RDRAM (512mb) based P4 (1.7GHz) system.

It has:

PCI Adaptec SCSI UW card
PCI PCMCIA Card
AGP ATI 8500

I want to use this CPU:
Intel Celeron D 352 3.2GHz

But what board should I get? I want the system to run vista so I need just enough 3D horsepower for that. If the board has onboard then fine, if not the onboard video should handle vista areo. The board should also be full sized so I can put these PCI cards in.

Hopefully the board can be DDR based since DDR memory seems to be alot cheaper than DDR2.

Intel 775 board. Cheap but would need a cheapo PCIe Video

Another intel based board. 865 has AGP

Please advise. Thanks!

That Foxconn 865 chipset isn't a bad board. You could put an ATI X1600 pro in it or an nvidia 7600 something. Both of those are agp or PCIE.

I have an ECS board with an 865 chipset and a Celeron that is good, but I'd go with the Foxconn.
