You don't say "You Are fired" no matter how big a mistake they make. you are publicly humiliating your workers. That shall hurt workers' morale and do no good coz readers will not increase their loyalty for their "hardcore"ness.

Yeah a lot of the different groups do that to each other. I saw someone do that in the wrestling section of IGN, and the person that was "fired", wrote a review for the site two days later.
