Einstein@home: Will TA overtake AMD-users

TAS is crunching for Einstein@home this month. We have seen, that AT may come very close to overtake the team AMD_users. But, as things stand now, TA will not overtake AMD. It will lack only some 15 000 credits. That is the output for less than one day for TA: april 12 TA produced more than 20 000 credits, for the last 6 days the output has been more tha 18500 credits a day. There are now 58 active users and 68 members in the E@H TA-crunchers.

So this is the challenge:

Lets increase the number of active users to 70 or
Lets increase the daily production to 23 000 credits or
both!

Join the race - join TAS!
Every credit counts!

Thanks ryokum, for your encouragement 🙂 , but the overtaking may take some time ... alas my best cruncher is down 🙁 . I will not be able to repair it until saturday or sunday .... So, we will see. 😕

 Join up even if you have only 1 cruncher to spare, everyone is welcome in TAS and I'm sure the einstein@home team would also welcome you to their fold if you don't want to join TAS 😀

As soon as my other Win2k Server license shows up, I'll bring a pair of dual p3-800 servers(DL360) back online for the project. 🙂

Great! So lets all hope that networksman's license shows up ASAP! 😀 We certainly need that kind of output! 🙂

Thank you Networkman, and Shame, youi guys are great and much appreciated.

we only need a few more folks to make the goal, any takers 😉

Aw man !,I'm just itching to join in! ,but I can't until 'you know what' has finished😉

I wonder if I could grab some new recruites for TA E@H...... maybe a few people I know who weren't interested in S@H? ,hmm.....

[edit]just emailed a friend but I don't hold out much hope..... I think he's got a phobia against DC projects in general!

The "you know what" is over. We have the certificate. Give it up.

I can only try, please don't hold it against me. 🙂

Thanks Assimilator1

It's the thought that counts 😛

Hmm... may have to pull out all the stops and put a few tinker toys online. (If they will co-operate that is)

I hope you mean join TAS! 😎

Your devotion to 'you know what' is commendable. Stay there, TAS may yet have to join you again.

Todays analysis of the past weeks numbers show, that
TA produced 23310 credits per day.

Thus I declare that the 2nd goal of the challenge has been met. Please see also

🙂 😀 :music: Great work, WTG!

Congrats:beer:

It ain't over 'til its over😛😉

Btw ,my mate said he's not interested 🙁 ,I'm suggesting other DC projects to him incase he'd go for a different one

At least you tried Assim! I did the same thing last week and three guys turned me down. So when they were away, I installed the F@H service on their machines yet they didn't recognize it. !!:evil::beer:
