Eh, scam for laptop?

Found this on Craigslist..

Thought there might be something shady about this, since it really would be one of the best deals I've ever seen on CL. And secondly the guy's posting from a UK e-mail address..and I've heard lots about the whole international scam deal.

However his location states that he's from San Francisco, so maybe it could've been real and I wold've been able to pick it up..so after an e-mail I get this back:

I lived in USA but now i live in Italy because the price for manufacture the laptop are verry small.I selled many laptops in all word and all costumers has been satisfed about my metod. Please contact me soon and tell me if you will buy my laptop.
