If anybody is interested in groupware software, you should check out eGroupware. It looks like the best of the open source packages, and IMO better then the Exchange 2000 we use now. In addition to the webmail, calendar, contacts and such that Exchange has, eGroupware includes an integrated project management, workflow management, resource management, forum, chat, support ticket tracking, knowledgebase, and a slew of other features.
