Eggs over easy with toast...

Crepes with lingonberries ... mmmmmmm

That said, crepes are a bit sentimental for me, as my grandfather used to make them, and he's no longer around, so now my mom makes them, she is damn good, but, not quite the same.

Original Pancake House has pretty good crepes.

I've never been able to eat runny eggs; the thought of it disgusts me. My wife loves it though. When we order breakfast at a restaurant and I get eggs, I order them "over-hard". haha

been making over-easy egg on sourdough bread + left hover ham (honey-baked, I think) for the past couple of days.

That's pretty win, I'd say. I'm going to throw in a slice of sharp cheddar this time, though.

I've never been into runny eggs, either; until recently. the beauty is having some decent bread to sop it up with. Oh man, so tasty.

I know I'm probably missing out. This is probably like when I was raised to only eat well done steaks and it wasn't until 20ish before I realized the amazing-ness of med rare-medium.

I'm of the belief that breakfeast is win in almost any shape or form. Eggs, sausage, toast, bacon, country fries, hash browns, cinnamon rolls, sausage & gravy, donuts. You name it. Washed down a with good cup of coffee and an orange juice chaser.

Breakfast food is the bestest.
